This was my first time purchasing from Knick Knack and it was as smooth of a purchase as if I had went to the store and picked it up myself. I was kept informed during the entire process, the packaging was done to where no damage could occur to my purchased product, the service was prompt and efficient and the doll was just as described. I had tried ordering this same doll thru Amazon since August 2 and the date for shipment kept getting pushed back until now delivery was to be on December 23 before 10:00 PM. I'm sorry but when it comes to the only thing my granddaughter wants for Christmas this was not acceptable. Thank You. Thank You Knick Knack for the exceptional service you provided. You made me happy, my Granddaughter will be happy and you saved my Christmas for her. I will be back. You out-performed Amazon 200% and they say they are the best---Ha.

I went crazy looking for a specific item to complete a Christmas gift for my Great Niece. Then I found this shop and they had exactly what I needed. We had a little hiccup with the order. However when I emailed them about it they sent me an answer within 1 hour. They went totally out of their way to make it right and I had the item I ordered within 2 days. I absolutely love this toy. I bought each of my kids there very own full size version of this toy. The packaging was great and very fast shipping. The only downside to those toy is that the rings don’t come off (I should’ve read some reviews first), but it is still so cool to add to my collection, thank you!
