Refund policy

In plain English: sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (less original shipping). Opened blind boxes, mystery packs, capsules and mixed lots, sale and clearance items, and gift cards are final sale. If we sent something damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, and must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking. Please contact us at info@knickknacktoyshack.com with your order number before sending anything back; we will reply with the return address and instructions. Returns are shipped at the customer's expense; we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items we don't receive. Items sent to the manufacturer cannot be refunded.

Final sale items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged: opened blind boxes, mystery packs, capsules and mixed or open lots (including Doorables, Tsum Tsums, Shopkins and similar); items marked sale or clearance; gift cards; and downloadable products.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email a photo of the item and packaging plus your order number to info@knickknacktoyshack.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping you paid, at our expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Original shipping charges and any Route package protection are not refundable. If a refund seems late, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.

Exchanges

We exchange items only when they are defective or damaged. For a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, an approved return is refunded as a gift card sent to you. Otherwise the refund goes to the original purchaser.
