Shipping policy

In plain English: US orders over $100 ship free. In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and we email you tracking when they do.

Processing time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). During peak periods such as November and December, processing may take up to 3 business days. Pre-order items ship when they arrive from the manufacturer; the expected date is shown on the product page, and an order containing a pre-order item ships in full once that item arrives.

Rates and delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax) shipping to a US address receive free standard shipping. Standard US delivery via USPS or UPS is typically 3 to 6 business days after shipment. International delivery is typically 12 to 26 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

International orders

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and many other countries. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are determined by your country and are the recipient's responsibility; they are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Orders refused at customs or returned as undeliverable are refunded less shipping and any fees charged to us.

Tracking

Every order receives a tracking number by email when it ships. Registered customers can also see tracking under their account orders.

Lost, damaged or stolen packages

Route package protection is available at checkout and covers loss, damage and theft in transit; claims are filed directly with Route. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, allow 5 days, check with neighbors and your carrier, then contact us at info@knickknacktoyshack.com and we will help.

Address errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense or refunded less original shipping.
