This shipped hours after I purchased it. It came in perfect condition and very quickly! It was exactly as advertised here. I've seen reviews say it won't de-tangle. Some helpful tips: Warm water with shampoo, kids if you have it. Shake it dry several times, brush with a wet brush or other soft human brush while you blow it dry. It will likely need hung to dry overnight. Once dry then use the brush it was given with. The toy is cute but does take a lot of work. This company did have The best prices by far!!!

Got this way sooner that expected. Which was awesome. I’m using it for my painting. It works perfect. Just the right amount of direct air. Could also be used to cool yourself. USB plug is long enough to each what I need. Love this little toy/tool
